  • Travel Fees: While travel costs are calculated based on mileage and location, these are always integrated into the final quote provided during your consultation. You will not see hidden “add-on” travel fees after the visit.
  • Weekend & Evening Care: Bongiovanni understands that end-of-life needs don’t always happen during standard business hours. Her priority is being there when you and your pet need her most.
  • Insurance: While Dr. Bongiovanni does not bill insurance companies directly, we will provide you with an itemized receipt and any documentation needed to help you submit a claim for reimbursement.
